For skilled workers in the federal Express Entry pool who want to live and work in Saskatchewan and meet sub-category requirements.
Saskatchewan Experience Category
This category is for foreign workers currently living and working in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit who wish to apply for permanent residence through the SINP.
Saskatchewan Experience Category is divided into the following categories:
Applicants with Existing Work Permit
For skilled workers with a valid work permit who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least six months.
Semi-skilled Agriculture Worker with Existing Work Permit
For semi-skilled workers with a valid work permit who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least six months.
Hospitality Sector Project
For workers who have completed at least six months in Saskatchewan’s hospitality industry.
Long-Haul Truck Driver Project
Open to Long-Haul Truck drivers who have worked in Saskatchewan for at least six months.
Students
For students who graduated from a Saskatchewan Designated Learning Institution (DLI) and have secured a job offer in the province.

Not always. You can apply under the SINP Occupations In-Demand stream without Express Entry, but if you are in the Express Entry sub-category, you must have an active Express Entry profile with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Yes. Under the International Skilled Worker: Occupations In-Demand or Express Entry sub-categories, applicants can apply without a job offer if their occupation is in demand and they meet eligibility requirements.
You must score at least 60 points out of 110 on the SINP Points Assessment Grid to be eligible.
