The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) helps skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs settle in New Brunswick by offering a fast-track pathway to Canadian permanent residence. It targets candidates with the skills and experience needed to meet the province’s labour market and economic demands.
New Brunswick Express Entry Stream:
The New Brunswick Express Entry Stream is linked to the federal Express Entry system and selects highly skilled workers who intend to settle permanently in New Brunswick and contribute to the province’s labour market and economic development. Eligibility falls under two pathways:

The Skilled Worker Stream is designed for individuals with the skills, education, and work experience needed to contribute to New Brunswick’s labour market. Applicants may qualify under one of three pathways:

Critical Worker Pilot
New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot is an employer-driven program created to address labour shortages across the province. Skilled workers are recruited through designated employers, and applications can only be submitted via these employers — not directly by candidates. This stream is for experienced entrepreneurs who want to establish, operate, and actively manage a business in New Brunswick while living in the province permanently.

Furthermore, New Brunswick also participates in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), which helps designated employers in Atlantic Canada recruit skilled foreign workers and international graduates.
