Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Build Your Future in Canada with Your Skills and Experience

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is one of the main pathways for foreign nationals who want to immigrate to Canada. Managed under the Express Entry system, this program is designed to attract highly skilled individuals from around the world who wish to live and work in Canada.
The FSWP uses a points-based selection system to evaluate applicants based on key factors such as age, education, language proficiency, skilled work experience, and job type. Canada was the first country to implement this type of selection model, making the process more transparent and efficient. Working with an experienced Canada immigration consultant can help applicants properly present their qualifications and improve their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, increasing their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
