The NLPNP offers several streams through which individuals can immigrate to Newfoundland and Labrador. Here are the main streams under the NLPNP:

1. Newfoundland and Labrador Express Entry Skilled Worker: This stream is aligned with the federal Express Entry system. To be eligible, you must have a valid Express Entry profile and meet the criteria for one of the three federal economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), or the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). If you are nominated by the province, you will receive additional points in the Express Entry system, which will increase your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.

2. Skilled Worker Category: This stream is for individuals who have a job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer. To be eligible, you must have a valid job offer that meets certain requirements, including being in a skilled occupation (National Occupational Classification skill level 0, A, or B) and meeting language, education, and work experience requirements.

3. International Graduate Category: This stream is for international graduates who have completed a program of at least two years of full-time study at a recognized post-secondary institution in Newfoundland and Labrador. To be eligible, you must have a job or job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer that meets certain requirements.

4. Entrepreneur Category: This stream is for experienced entrepreneurs who want to establish, acquire, or partner in a business in Newfoundland and Labrador. To be eligible, you must have a minimum net worth, make a minimum investment, and create or maintain a certain number of jobs for residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.
